Requesting a Refund

If you haven’t started the course:

We offer a full refund of any course that you haven’t started yet. Please contact us to request credit toward another course or a refund.

If you’ve already started the course:

It’s important to us that you are happy with what you are learning in any of our courses. If you are dissatisfied with any course, we’re here to help. Reach out to us with any course concern and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Deadline for requesting a refund or credit toward another course:

Refund requests are considered up to one year and 14 days (380 days total) from the day you first register for a course.
