This course will examine the federal taxation of pass-through entities. In short, the course will cover the taxation of the formation, ongoing operations, and termination of partnerships and various limited liability entities. Again, as in other tax courses, emphasis will be placed upon your ability to read and interpret the statutes and regulations, examine the policy underlying our system of federal taxation, and use your new knowledge to solve problems facing a wide variety of clients.
